Orders submitted via Online Store with final destination:

As for deliveries with final destinations outside the Attica Basin and outside the prefecture of Thessaloniki’s radius defined for, SATO S.A. undertakes the delivery of the products to an agency at a charge according to the above table. The customer can choose an agency which has to be located within the Attica Basin and the prefecture of Thessaloniki. The cost of transport from the agency to the final destination, as well as the responsibility of transport, is borne by the customer. The products in the agency are delivered unassembled. Assembly is free of charge for the areas of Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras and Chania (within the delivery radius of SATO S.A. stores).
Any use of lifting equipment used shall be borne by the customer.
For deliveries in Salamina there is an additional cost of €40 due to the boat fares.
Shipments will be made daily from 09:00 - 15:00, within a scheduled 3-hour appointment except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays after a telephone call made by the shipping department (tel. 213 0171 400)
In addition, we provide the possibility of receiving the products from our warehouse in Mandra/ Attica according to the terms stated in the Receipt Form; as for the receipt from the warehouse in Thessaloniki, the terms in force can be found in this Form..
